Can I incorporate an LLC if I am not a United States resident?

Yes, our services are focused on non-US residents who want to do Business in USA remotely from Pakistan.

Can I have more than one member listed as Partners is my LLC?

Yes, you can, please provide details of all Partners on Signup.

What Documents do I need to submit on Signup?

You need to submit a minimum of 2 Photo IDs in English i.e., Scanned Copy of your Passport’s first 2 pages, scanned copy of both sides of your CNIC, and scanned copy of your Driving License in case your CNIC is NOT in English. For additional verification you may be requested to submit copy of your Bank Statement or Utility Bill for Address verification in Pakistan

How long does it take to form US LLC?

Here are approximate timelines for each service

  • USA LLC Company Formation – 7 working days.
  • EIN – 14 – 21 Working days after LLC Formation
  • Bank Account – 7 days after EIN
  • PayPal – 3 Days after Bank Account
  • ITIN – 45 days after Passport Verification

However, EIN and subsequent services dependent on IRS may take longer during current lockdown situation

Can I get a unique office address?

We offer a Shared Address in all 3 Packages mentioned here, but you may opt for a Unique Address by paying USD 397/- additional.

Why do I need the service of My Company in USA?

My Company in USA is currently the only Business Consultancy that has Offices in Islamabad, Pakistan and Wyoming, USA. Our Services are specifically catered for Pakistani Nationals.

Do you provide VPN or Virtual Machine for Account Sign Ups?

Can you help me get an EIN?

Yes we do. Please look at the Pricing Page. The Service is currently provided under Standard & Premium Packages.

Can you help me get an ITIN?

Yes we do. Please look at the Pricing Page. The Service is currently provided under Premium Package. If you only need ITIN we charge USD 497/-. You do NOT need US Visa or travel to USA but you will need to go to US Embassy in Pakistan for Passport verification.

Can I register my company in a State other than Wyoming?

After helping non-residents incorporate businesses in US for more than 5 years, we believe Wyoming as the best and most cost effective option in terms of Taxes, Fees and Procedure. However, we do plan to offer similar services in UK in the future and may add additional US States in coming weeks.

What is unique about My Company in USA?

All Services we provide are 100% legitimate and legal. Our Partner Agency in WY, USA ensures compliance and legitimacy of the process. We do NOT offer any Service for which we need to use workarounds.

Pricing FAQs

Why do I need to pay annually?

Each Package on Pricing Page has services marked with * that are renewed and supposed to be completed every year. We do NOT bind you with our Services. You can cancel the Services any time before renewal Date, but then you would be responsible for any Compliance, Legal or Access issues that may arise.

Do I need to make all Payments in Advance?

Upon Sign up you will be Invoiced 50% of chosen package in advance, and 50% before handover of all deliverables in chosen package. For renewals you must pay in Full before the renewal date to avoid getting your services blocked and incurring Late Fee Penalties.

What will be my total costs to set up a US company?

What payment methods do you accept?

We do NOT accept cash. You can deposit Crossed Check, Pay Order or Online Transfer into our Parent Company’s Bank Account Marketing Square Pvt Ltd in any branch of Meezan Bank.

Can you help me Sign Up a Bank Account?

Yes we do. Please look at the Pricing Page. The Service is currently provided under Standard & Premium Packages. This is fully verified USA Business Bank Account, whose statement is accepted by Amazon. Currently we cannot assist you in Signing Up for Personal Bank Account.

Can you help me Sign Up PayPal Account?

Yes we do. Please look at the Pricing Page. The Service is currently provided under Premium Package. This is fully verified PayPal USA Business Account, not Individual.

Can you help me Sign up for Amazon Account?

Amazon does NOT permit a Pakistani National to open an Account in USA. Therefore you need to appoint a US National as a Manager in your Company. If you buy any of our plans, we list your Manager in Company Records FREE of charge for the first time. Any Subsequent changes are charged at USD 197/- per change.
